betpk Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Our Rules

Welcome to betpk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and betpk ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the betpk website located at betpk.wine, including all associated services such as sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, poker, and any other features made available on the platform.

By creating a betpk account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use betpk.

These Terms apply to all users of betpk, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the platform without an account. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, games, or features and will be published alongside the relevant offer or product. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any additional specific terms, the specific terms will take precedence in the scope they address.

To place bets or access any real-money features on betpk, you must create a registered account. Registration is available to eligible individuals who meet all criteria set out in these Terms. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You may only hold one betpk account. Opening duplicate accounts — using the same identity, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. betpk will never ask for your password. Do not share your username or password with anyone. You accept full responsibility for all activity carried out under your betpk account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify betpk immediately at support@betpk.wine. betpk is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials where you have not taken reasonable steps to secure them.
• betpk may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Requested documentation may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• betpk accounts are for personal use only. Using an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use betpk. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. betpk will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must be legally entitled to use online betting and gaming services under the laws applicable to your location. It is your responsibility to determine whether online betting is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before using betpk. betpk accepts no responsibility for use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted.

betpk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Until age verification is completed to betpk's satisfaction, withdrawals will not be processed. betpk may also restrict betting activity on an account pending age verification.

All financial transactions on betpk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpk does not impose any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits are credited to your betpk wallet promptly, typically within seconds for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• betpk only accepts deposits made in your own name from payment methods you are authorised to use. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 2 hours for standard accounts and approximately 30 minutes for betpk VIP members, subject to verification requirements being met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. betpk may request documentation to verify the ownership of the withdrawal account.
• betpk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity or payment verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or resolution of any disputed transactions.
• Any active bonus funds or bets-in-progress are not included in the withdrawable balance until the relevant wagering requirements have been completed.

The following rules govern sports betting activity on betpk. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the betpk platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until betpk has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference number. betpk reserves the right to reject any bet at its discretion, particularly where it suspects system errors, data corruption, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds errors: If betpk publishes obviously incorrect odds due to a system error or human mistake, bets placed at those incorrect odds may be voided at betpk's discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. betpk will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.
• Maximum payouts: betpk applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. betpk reserves the right to limit stakes on individual accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Voided bets: Bets may be voided if an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or if the governing body of the sport makes a ruling that affects the validity of the result. Voided bets have stakes returned in full.
• In-play betting: Live bets are accepted subject to availability and are processed as quickly as technically possible. betpk is not responsible for delays caused by connectivity issues on the user's side. betpk may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Settlement: betpk settles markets based on official results from the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, betpk may delay settlement until the result is confirmed through official channels.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet amount is Rs 20. Accumulator minimum stakes and terms are displayed at the point of bet construction.

betpk's casino and live dealer games are provided in partnership with licensed third-party game suppliers. The following rules apply to all casino activity on betpk:

• All casino games on betpk use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for virtual games, or genuine physical equipment for live dealer games. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within the game information panel for each title.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be cancelled and stakes returned. betpk is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the user's side that result in incomplete rounds.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical means — real roulette wheels, real card shoes — and the outcome is final once the dealer confirms it through the platform's live stream interface.
• betpk may impose table limits, session limits, or temporary access restrictions on casino games at its discretion, particularly in connection with responsible gaming obligations or technical maintenance requirements.
• Progressive jackpot games where applicable are governed by the jackpot terms published within the game. betpk does not guarantee jackpot payouts beyond the stated terms of the relevant game provider.

betpk offers bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all betpk bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to users who meet the stated eligibility criteria. Welcome bonuses are available to new betpk accounts only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Most betpk bonuses carry wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount must be bet before the bonus balance or any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games/markets are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse: betpk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using arbitrage strategies to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating bet placement with other users to exploit bonus mechanics. Accounts found to be abusing betpk bonuses will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Expiry: All betpk bonuses and associated free bet credits have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus balances that expire are removed from the account automatically.
• Withdrawal conditions: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only the cash balance (not the bonus balance) may be withdrawn at any time, though doing so may forfeit any associated uncompleted bonus.
• Right to withdraw: betpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes where they affect active bonus balances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpk. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one betpk account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Money laundering or using betpk for any financial crime
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through technical means, collusion, or insider information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with betpk systems
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any such instances must be reported to betpk immediately rather than exploited
• Engaging in match-fixing or insider betting on any sporting event
• Allowing underage persons to use your betpk account
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing betpk accounts
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening betpk staff or other users through any communication channel

All content on the betpk platform — including but not limited to the betpk brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, game content, and any other materials — is the property of betpk or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the betpk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any betpk content without our prior written permission. Scraping betpk odds data, game results, or any other content through automated means is explicitly prohibited.

The betpk name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use of the betpk brand in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is prohibited without express written permission from betpk.

betpk collects and processes personal data in order to provide its services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and protect the integrity of the platform. By using betpk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — details of how to exercise these rights are provided in the Privacy Policy.

betpk implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no system is completely invulnerable and betpk cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

betpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 8
• Receiving a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Identification of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or bonus abuse, the balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be released. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, betpk reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

You may close your betpk account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining cash balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you deposited into your betpk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betpk is not liable for: losses arising from internet connectivity or technical failures outside our control; losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable security precautions; indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind; or losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform for any purpose other than placing bets or playing games on betpk.

betpk does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. betpk will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

betpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered betpk users and can be activated directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified amount of time on the platform.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic notifications during play showing your session duration and net gaming position.
• Cooling-off breaks: Take a break from betpk for a specified period — from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During the break, your account is inaccessible for real-money play.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from betpk. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period you select. betpk will not accept re-registration applications during an active self-exclusion.

Your continued use of betpk after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using betpk and contact us to close your account. Existing bets placed before any amendment are governed by the Terms in effect at the time the bet was placed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which betpk operates. betpk operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority. In the event of a dispute between you and betpk, you should first contact betpk's customer support team at support@betpk.wine with a full description of the issue. betpk aims to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated to betpk's designated dispute resolution body, details of which will be provided upon request.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. betpk will not seek to exclude or restrict statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
